About Us
A bit of history
Since 1991 Aspire Training & Consulting, now Aspire Learning Resources, has been actively involved in vocational education and training (VTE). During this time we have achieved many firsts.
We have:
- Acted as an Industry Training Advisory Body
- Acted as an Industry Training Council
- Developed national competency standards and resources to match them
- Developed one of the first training packages
- Developed the first fully on-the-job traineeship
- Developed the first resources to meet the Business Services Training Package.
We are proud of our history and how it has contributed to who we are today.

We are a not-for-profit organisation. A percentage of our surplus is allocated to the Aspire Foundation, which exists to encourage excellence, innovation and equity in the VET sector. We have supported some fantastic work in the past and we are very excited about the projects we are supporting this year.
